Established help desk database, using FileMaker Pro, enabling new employees to assist other employees in a timely and efficient manner, increasing customer service satisfaction.

Designed and developed direct dial capabilities, using MS Visio, with phone vendors and phone systems to allow people to call the person they wanted without having to go through the call center, allowing the call center to be more productive and increasing customer satisfaction.

Developed policies and procedures for the Information Technology department that helped protect the National College of Naturopathic Medicine by establishing legal guidelines for future use against outside hackers or malicious employees.

Supervised and trained entire Information Technology staff and mentored the Physical Plant Director allowing him to train and supervise his staff more effectively.

Implemented backup system using, Veritas Backup Exec for Windows NT/2000 and Veritas Backup Remote Agent, to backup several Windows NT/2000 servers from multiple locations to one machine at our central location.

Using application integration we were able to centralize patient billing, scheduling and staff voice mail while allowing all locations to access and use the appropriate database.
